Fitness isn’t just about lifting weights or following a meal plan—it’s about becoming the strongest, healthiest version of yourself, both physically and mentally.

My name is Bilal Abbasi, and I’m the proud owner and founder of AbbasiFit. My passion is helping people transform their lives—building strength, confidence, and discipline through fitness, all while guiding and and supporting them every step of the way. It all starts with the right nutrition, effective training, and a mindset that pushes you to grow, both physically and mentally. 

I know that everyone is different. We all have our own struggles, our own goals, and our own reasons for wanting to be better. That’s why my approach is tailored to fit your individual needs, but my training philosophy stays the same: I will give you the tools, the guidance, and the push you need to reach your goals. I won’t let you quit when it gets hard. I’ll hold you accountable and to a standard I know you can meet. If you fall, I’ll be there to help you get back up—stronger than before.

As a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutritionist, Specialist in Strength & Conditioning, Certified Powerlifting Instructor, Certified Exercise Recovery Specialist, Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist—along with my experience as a body builder, calisthenics athlete and Muay Thai fighter—I have the knowledge, experience, and drive to help you reach your full potential. Whether you want to gain muscle, build strength, move pain-free, or just feel better in your own skin, I’m here to help you make it happen.
